Design and price

Under a design agreement, we measure, draw options and help you choose finishes. Our builders price as we design, so the drawings and the budget stay in step. You get a fixed-price proposal with a detailed scope.

Permits and ordering

We submit permits and order long-lead items like cabinets, windows and tile, so the build doesn’t wait on materials.

Your project manager runs the site and the trades. Expect a weekly update with photos, next steps and any decisions we need from you. Changes are priced in writing before we do them.

We walk the finished space together and fix anything on the punch list. Then our 5-year workmanship warranty (sample) begins, with a check-in visit at 11 months.
