About Harlow & Pine
A design-build firm founded by a designer and a builder who got tired of handing projects back and forth (sample).
Why design-build
Founders’ names (sample) spent a decade on opposite sides of the same projects: one drawing, one building. Too often the drawings came back over budget, or the build discovered problems the design never saw. In 2015 they combined the two under one roof. Today we’re a team of 14 designers, project managers and carpenters, with trusted trade partners for everything else.
